Whaaaaaaaaattt? What fantasy world are you living in? Maybe not on this board, but in the real world there's people that literally say people only got a job because they're white anytime someone is hired. They've invented an entire phrase, white privilege, any time a white person is even perceived to have gotten something

DEI requirements are pervasive in every industry. Everyone knows “diverse” candidates are shoehorned in at the expense of more qualified white candidates, hence, white men wouldn’t be hired if their qualifications were in question
They necessarily are better qualified if they hold the position by the structure of the system
