Said it yesterday. This keeps happening. Was told that crime is down across the board everywhere. But the pattern keeps repeating.

We are too "civilized" to hang people anymore so the only people that get "cruel and unusual punishment" are law abiding people who are hunted out of boredom of black men

Rape has not followed that trend, what really happened was we had a massive increase in crime in the late 1960s, in the 1980s and 1990s they started getting tougher on crime, which brought the rate down.
There is no trend since 2010.

Our court system has to get a handle on this. The soft on crime thing is actively created racists by making it seem like black thugs are never held to account, and it's honestly hard to say they are.
