Marbury v. Madison disagrees with you, vehemently.

Ah yes...

the assumed power of judicial review.

That's the equivalent of me saying Ana de Armas is currently sucking my cock because we're on the same planet at the moment.

Wrong. Federal judges have the ability to order federal marshals to arrest someone, as the primary role of U.S. Marshals is to execute lawful orders issued by federal judges, including arrest warrants, to support the federal court system within their jurisdiction; essentially acting as the enforcement arm of the federal courts.
U.S. Marshalls are part of the executive branch. Yes, the Court can order whatever it wants, but that’s clearly not what he was saying. The Court can order POTUS to do something—that would make him “the enforcement arm of the federal courts”, but that’s begging the question since what’s under argument is what happens when the Executive branch ignores the Judicial

Well, I don't know about the Rubicon, but one time the Potomac got crossed (in an illegal war against England) and that worked out pretty good for America.

This is war plain and simple. It is war against the liberal tyranny that we have seen since jug ears got into the White House. Trump is exactly what we need to fix this shitshow.

I'm not a lawyer, and since JD Vance has a law degree, I can trust he knows how to interpret the law on what a president VS an activist judge can do.

Erin Reed is an idiot.

Maybe "inferior" courts cannot (thats what all the courts beneath SCOTUS are called.)

SCOTUS is there to determine what is and is not constitutional.

I assume you mean all the lower courts cannot make that determination.

If it’s so bad, they should come to the table for secession talks.

I agree with you 100% that it would be best if the Trump led GOP seized and consolidated all federal power, suspended the constitution, and started the 1,000 year reign under a Trump dynasty. That way we’d never have to worry about what would happen if our political enemies got into power, and we’d never have to worry about having a limited government with checks and balances. But I think it’s important to be honest with ourselves and realize that that’s never going to happen.

And since that’s never going to happen, you’re whistling past the graveyard if you want to get rid of judicial review, because if you did, the DEMS would crush you when they get back into the presidency.

Ive always personally been a YUGE fan of ol Andrew J and his declaration of the judge has made his decision now lets see him enforce it. But the truth is our country has been heading down this path for a 100 years, and the absolute worst case of it was Biden literally defying the SC, this isnt the same as some judge shopped in Massachusetts or other equal thing which should be told to frick off because theyre completely overtaking the powers of the executive branch as their own. If Trump told the SC to frick off without VERY VERY good reasons id raise hell. But thats just live as someone who lives by your principles. I dont wanna hear one leftist cock gobbler complaining about this shite. Biden did it ALL THE TIME

The left hiding their corruption behind the constitution is to blame for this.

No one on the left or the right for a very long time before Trump and his frankly historic and likely once in a generation so quick rebuild of the Rs. It only took 8 years for a person who was an "resister" R to get the ropes really fricking quick and get on board or get thrown out the train car.

Dems demanded to know if Trump's nominees would ignore an order from Trump if it were illegal. The judicial branch is a co-equal branch with the executive and legislative branches. The executive branch should not obey a ruling that infringes upon the rights of the executive branch and is unconstitutional. The left routinely ignores executive orders, yet they claim it is a constitutional crisis if an illegal judiciary order is ignored.
