The quoted post below brilliantly lays out lays out how President Trump, through Executive Orders may have already enacted the Insurrection Act. Please read it, as it is very well done. I also added the text from a post I did back in April that talks about EO 14288, which was mainly written as a warning to The Deep State to not interefere or obstruct criminal law enforcement...
Another EO was signed on Apr 28, 2025. The White House released an Executive Order: STRENGTHENING AND UNLEASHING AMERICA'S LAW ENFORCEMENT TO PURSUE CRIMINALS AND PROTECT INNOCENT CITIZENS. (EO 14288)
The order states within 90 days The Attorney General and The Secretary of Defense shall:
"increase the provision of excess military and national security assets in local jurisdictions to assist State and local law enforcement."
and:
"shall determine how military and
national security assets, training, non-lethal capabilities, and personnel can most effectively be utilized to prevent crime."
and:
They will hold State and Local Officials Accountable "for those that willfully and unlawfully direct the obstruction of criminal law, including by directly and unlawfully prohibiting law enforcement officers from carrying out duties necessary for public safety and law enforcement."
The most important aspect of this EO is calling out the state and local officials for obstructing the rule of law.

The deep state is in open/active state of lawfare against Trump and his America First agenda. You know, the one the American people voted for in 2024.
