A red key fob seems like pretty weak evidence. any good attorney could get beat this case. Face covered, wearing a Washington jacket when he played at Georgia Southern.

Trump pardoning J6er’s is what Democrats need to win the midterms. Every republican running for office in 2 and 4 years will be asked the question “should Trump have pardoned the J6er’s?”
It easily flips the house and in the Senate it puts NC, ME, AK, and IA in play. Sherrod Brown could run in Ohio and probably win that seat.
