I agree with your post except for your edit.
The Conservative, Paul Gottfried, came up with the term ALT-RIGHT in 2008. It's been widely used in both the liberal and conservative vernacular.
In 2016, in hopes of promoting this principle, Steve Bannon described Breitbart as "the platform for the alt-right". I don't quite understand the deniers of this term.

Edit: I forgot alt-right, but since that's an imaginary boogie man created by leftist to defame all their opponents, I forgive myself!

Hmmmm...2008. Sounds about the time of the tea party movement.
And who destroyed them via the IRS?
The left isn't innocent here, man.

Trump's tweets last night. Far Left apologists are apopolectic that he didn'the say 'enough'.
WTF else do you want the guy to say? IMO, nothing he would ever say could be enough for these agitators...

Y'all are a fricking joke. Calling out specific groups by name only serves to pander and to divide. It's better to unify. Why give attention to those fringe groups at all?
Here's what Trump said:

What's wrong with that?
Rather than galvanize one side or the other by calling out anyone specific he makes a statement about hate and unity. And you people melt. This is exactly how this should've been handled.
He'll never make you happy. Ever.

Why do you need words to make you feel better?
Is common sense not cutting it for you?
Giving these retards attention is exactly what they want. How about you ignore them instead of demanding completely useless platitudes?

It's incredible how consistently disappointing Trump has been. He had everything, the election, both houses of congress, a lot of enthusiastic supporters, and the country's ear and has fumbled it all away. His judgement is just horrible. In less than a year all that remains are the faction of people that are so invested in him that they can't bring themselves to be objective about his behavior and reach to try to defend it or deflect by bringing up the left.

This is just stupid. Whoever doesn't win is always on the wrong side of history, because the victors always write the history to make themselves look better and act like they were fighting some great evil. History as taught by schools and accepted by the general public is largely a farce.

I'm not trying to pick a side here, just want to point out that this "history is written by the victors" doesn't really apply today. That statement is used in reference to things that happened long before communications were what they are now.

Instead he says "mini sides"
The rioting, acts of violence, destruction of private and public property, assaults on individuals and police offices, etc by moveon.org, BLM, Antifa and the rioters at Fergeson, Berkeley and dozens of college campuses by the violent left are absolutely no different than what took place yesterday...
It's on both sides so once again Trump is absolutely correct in his words and stayed neutral and spoke words of unity, and calling for it to stop unlike Obama who clearly chose sides with his words siding with BLM, the rioters, moveon.org and any other leftist movement...
