It is. People are more inclined to share they are voting for the state Republican for House/Senate than they are for voting for Trump

Let’s put it this way...
Trump went up against Hillary in 2016.
She was a formidable, well backed candidate with over 1b in the war chest.
She had clear policy positions and campaigned aggressively.
She was clear, coherent, and under control.
She was being assisted by the entirety of the media.
She was backed by foreign interests like the Ukranian government.
She was given debate questions by networks and reporters sent their stories to her staffers for review.
She was getting direct assistance from the IC who was spying on her opponents campaign and leaking damning info to the press.
She was embroiled in scandal, but was allowed to skate after destroying the evidence.
Trump beat her. Fast forward to now.
Biden has almost none of these advantages.
The party reluctantly accept his nomination, his Heath is failing, and there are serious concerns about his mental acuity. He spends most of his time at home, and when he does go out, he’s on aggressive anti dementia drugs and reading pre screened questions off a teleprompter. He says racist shite often and sniffs children. Hes a two time failed candidate who is facing an incumbent with strong approval numbers and a historic economic and foreign policy resume.
Do you see where I’m going here?

In speaking to friends. Most Republicans refuse to talk to pollsters when called.
Most people don’t want to be ridiculed or laughed at about their political choices. So they remain silent.

Good post but for the same people that said in 2016 "I didn't vote for Trump, I voted against Clinton" I think we're seeing that same excuse being used for people voting for Biden against Trump. I just hope there isn't enough of those votes to put Biden over the top. If Trump wasn't so abrasive he'd have this in the bag but his abrasiveness is what has kept his base solid.
