Oakland, the minority dominated section of the Bay Area, better known as San Francisco. If Trump ever becomes popular in the Bay Area it will mean he has had himself chemically neutered, is wearing a dress to the oval office, has declared everyone with 5% or more AA blood gets $250K in reparations and a half million if you have 50% or more.
