The emotional one in the thread is the OP who just wanted to shite on young people presumably because they annoy him in his office.

What, no laughs for a sexist joke?
Ok I am done trolling this thread.

You're the same dumbass that got downvoted to oblivion in yesterday's thread.
quote:Bravo Sierra. But if you want to have the "can't do" attitude, fine with me. Can't never did anything.
not realistic nor is it repeatable for anyone.
quote:Then why are you here? No one is forcing you are they? Go on, feel sorry for yourself and play a video game.
You come across as a dude full of himself that's not worth listening to.
quote:I absolutely LOVE living in the country. That 3 hour drive a day has paid me a return of roughly $83 dollars an hour. Not bad.
that farm had a 16%+ rate of return, if you could do that repeatably you wouldn't have to drive 67 miles each way for work.

Ok. Thing is, you and your opinion don't matter.
This is a message board read by a few hundred people that has no impact on anyone or anything in real life. Of course it doesn’t matter. Do you think your opinion does?

quote:Obviously not. If you can post yours, why can't I? You seem to want to silence those that disagree with you. If you took what I'm saying to mean I was shatting on anyone, that's on you. I'm trying to tell people they CAN do something. Even if everyone around them says they can't. Definitely not shatting on anyone.
Do you think your opinion does?

So no free market? You want MORE government regulation? I thought you wanted to shrink government?
The government exists for the welfare of the people it serves. I want to government to start acting like it.

Too much emotion in financial matters leads to nonsense like this thread.
OP is quite emotional. He wants us all to feel very sorry for him. I’ve been able to discuss this without feeling like I’m being personally attacked. OP should take notes.

What color is the sky in your world? I’m most intrigued by this because your responses have no correlation with reality. It’s like you don’t understand what you’re typing.

Its not the rate at all, its the buyers expectation.
Even back when I bought my first house 2008 we didnt try to go buy the most expensive house we could afford in the nicest neighborhood next to mom and dad.
Mom and dad are much older, you cant afford to live there.

well one problem is no one wants a "starter home" or fixer up anymore because it doesn't look good on instagram and YouTube.
Keep spitting out this bullshite. Show me where they are building new starter homes. Everything here is 3000 sq feet.
Headgefunds and Mom and Pops have bought up all of the 1500 square foot homes and are renting them

While also working full time and potentially raising kids and commuting 60+ miles each way to work.

The dollar is still worth a lot less today.
