Biden has enough issues like Hunter and living with Dr. Jill. Plus he has one foot in the grave.

The American voters deserve to see the facts involving the Biden crime family. They shouldn't simply get a free pass for the treasonous acts committed in order to enrich themselves.
I say bring 'em all in for questioning and expose their corruption once and for all.

From the interwebs...
"On July 1, 2024, the Court ruled in a 6–3 decision that presidents have absolute immunity for acts committed as president within their core constitutional purview, at least presumptive immunity for official acts within the outer perimeter of their official responsibility, and no immunity for unofficial acts."
Biden's attorneys would probably push that the pardons and other acts were within the purview of his "official responsibility", and that he would be immune from any criminal prosecution. For an 82 year old man, they would probably just need to drag it out in court for a few years.

Biden is 82 years old. Has severe dementia. He won’t see a day in court if Trump is alive.
This and he has presidential immunity.

And yet his predecessor/successor has been embroiled in civil and criminal litigation up and down the east coast since he first departed office.

frick that. There should be gallows on the Mall by the Lincoln Memorial. String every DoJ/IC/Fauci associate/J6 committee member up publicly.

This is how you win. Be better
ETA: But God damn never forget
You're missing the point.
The Democrats must be taught that what they did wasn't worth the backlash so that they will never dare do it again.
This isn't about Biden.

Sure they would.
But they'd be wrong, and the point of going to court over it would be to expose just how corrupt and personally enriching the administration was. Regardless of whether he ever spent a minute in prison.
It wouldn't be because of Biden himself. That guy's gone to Disneyland.
It would be because of Newsome or Clinton (that hag may never die) or Pelosi or whoever comes after Biden.

Expose all the traitors. If you follow all the info you will expose half of congress. Neuter all the marxist, globalist traitors so they are excluded from governing ever again!

Biden doesn't have Presidential Immunity for things he did BEFORE he was elected President.
Biden's criminal activity with his family has gone on for years, that's why he pardoned Hunter for crimes dating back to 2014.

It's not about Biden ever seeing a day in court. It's about the Biden family being exposed in public and the Democrats that covered for them all these years.
Meanwhile, the original and leading gooooooooooberment corruption crime families are completely forgotten about. Slick, Cankles and the Bush clan are breathing constant sighs of relief.
