Explain where Maduro went 'rogue'. I'm all ears.

The machine in Venezuela has been destroying the country for decades. 1/3 of the country has left. Stay up with current events, man. Iran, China, Russia all have their hands in that country.

Monroe Doctrine activated.

We'll see how elementary it is come November,

16 or so states just permanently increase minimum wage. Obviously that will hurt grocery stores, which will in turn hurt the consumer. Trump's fault?

No, you are.

Deep State allows other countries to steal elections. What about this are you NOT getting?

The problem I have with Trump is that he is not going to do anything about the prices of homes. He is setting our younger couples up for failure in my opinion. A 50 year mortgage is absurd.

Deep state wants conflict, pendejo.

Has been since before they tried to nerf Reagan's speech at the Brandenburg Gate.

Stopped dealing oil in dollars, joining a growing number of countries to do so - mostly in the Middle East.
Hint: who just spent 20-plus years attempting regime change in the Middle East, in countries that just happened to all stop dealing oil in only dollars, and/or refusing to turn over their central banks to globalist control (Venezuela being part of that group as well).

No. That's not MY position.

You don't seem to like where your position ended up. I agree it was silly.

Perhaps you should revise your argument to not lead to such absurd landing spots?

Then, I pose the same question to you. Specifically, what would you like Trump do yo keep prices down?

Well, it’s more a question for the Republicans, not just Trump. Trump can do some things but the Republicans need to actually do something like pass meaningful, good legislation to help the affordability issue. After all, they are the ones up for election from now on rather than Trump.

I would approach the affordability issue by focusing on one or two big points. Home ownership, for example. The American Dream. More and more young people are getting locked out of owning a home. It’s a big political point that needs to won. I would craft legislation that dramatically increases development and availability of housing. I would utilize incentives, tax breaks, deregulation, process streamlining to create more needed housing to help lower costs and get people in homes. If Republicans can help deliver more homes for people I think it would be a tangible win in the realm of affordability.

Another big point is the cost of tuition. Young people are saddled early with heavy debt incurred by the costs of education. I would craft legislation and policy that puts the skin of colleges in the game. Right now they have no skin in the game; if a student borrower defaults, the taxpayer picks up the bill. The college gets their money regardless, whether from the student or the taxpayer, so they have no incentive to help keep costs low or limit their student loan programs. I also would promote and incentivize trade schools and apprenticeships to provide us with knowledgeable and skilled blue collar workforce. There needs to be a rebalancing of the focus from less on higher education to more of trade education.

Another big point would be the insanely rising costs of medical care. The ACA is killing us. Right now the insurance companies are feeding off the cash cows of government subsidies, no incentive to keep costs lower when shiploads of money are coming from the government. The ACA needs to be replaced. I think perhaps instead of subsidizing healthcare by paying enormous amounts of money to insurance companies a better option may be one basic government coverage for every American citizen. It needs to be crappy, just cover the basics and have limits but gives everyone a base level of medical care. Then let people purchase additional, better coverage on their own if they wish. I’m no expert on healthcare so I would convene a blue ribbon committee of around 15 people or do from across the healthcare spectrum: someone from the insurance sector, someone from the hospital administration, someone from the pharmaceutical industry, someone from academia, someone from government administration, someone from the healthcare corporate sector, someone from the medical profession, etc, to study and come up with a practical solution to the overall stated goal of covering Americans with a base level of medical care at affordable and competitive costs, if possible.

If we can create environments that help reduce education debt, get young people in homes, and lessen medical costs, that goes a long way to addressing the affordability issue.

Sadly, I don’t really see much of anything creative from the Republicans. And the Democrats’ stock solutions of heavy top down price controls, massive government spending, and giveaways are bad solutions. So we are left with nothing from Republicans and bad socialism from Democrats.

Silly is making the 'logic' out of what the Deep State does. Playing both sides of the ME wars, allowing Russia and China in the Western Hemisphere, while fighting them in other parts of the globe.

You're gonna try to twist your brain into explaining why a corrupt leader in Venezuela who nobody accepted as legitimate, stole their last election to a woman who dedicated her Nobel peace prize to Trump after he got the hostage freed in Gaza... all because of your festering TDS.

Don't care. You're on an island of idiots. Enjoy

After stiffing the USA oil industry for all its investment and infrastructure when taking over the oil in country and refused to pay restitution?

Gee, imagine that.

Do non-Trump supporters realize that the world is not a bubble and that if we don’t project strength in our hemisphere that Russia and more importantly China will gladly do so?

Yes live on your high horse of nonintervention and America only, but the rest of the world is still out there.

This is a massive victory for freedom and keeps Russia and China off of our front door. And keeps them away from massive oil and mineral reserves. If we don’t have a hand in who controls it they will steal it like China is currently working to do in Africa.

Is he though?

If so, how can you state that definitively?

Obama loves him some Iran.

Bush loves him some Russia.

Biden loves him some China.

I mean, he could be conflicted, or, he could be spot on. The reality is that unless you are a card carrying member of the deep state, then you don’t know.
