It should have been here in the first place instead of fricking Colorado......which made no sense.

That said, it will do nothing but add to the clusterfrick of what Huntsville and the surrounding area currently is. Infrastructure is already beyond carrying capacity, and new projects and upgrades cannot keep up. It is going to suck. That is the reason why the FBI offices ended up not coming here.

Why is he doing this? It might be a good thing, but what is the reason?

It never should have been in Colorado. Colorado got the bid primarily due to politics. Huntsville and the Redstone Arsenal is an international hub of aerospace research and development.

A shame Mississippi and Louisiana congressional congregation couldn't team up and get that sent to Stennis. The La. congressional leadership is so useless.

Yes, Huntsville as someone noted, is often quoted, and great to be used as a topic of conversation socially , as being in the top 2 in PhDs in the US, NASA, contractors, Military and FBI contribute. So a logical move.

Huntsville is the Tru home of NASA... Not Houston or Florida.

It's where all the Nazis went to set up the program and many of their ilk are still there.

And no, that's not a compsiracy. That's a fact. Von Bronn did most of his work in Huntsville. And while on his deathbed, he also said to beware of Project Blue Beam....

good move and the right call since Redstone has MUCH more room for this than any of the smaller bases in Colorado Springs

the fact that it just also happens to be a "frick you" to a renegade blue state is pure gravey

It always should have been here, and Biden settled it in Colorado as a monster F.U. to Trump and Alabama. It is funny as hell watching the news today, as the media is saying this is all political - when the placement in Colorado was much more political, as Huntsville made 1000% more sense for logical as well as historical reasons.

No playoff in 2011. Still won and will use your tears to polish those trophies with.

So by your logic, if a team had multiple players injured, the win doesn't count (I guess we can discredit FSU's win lulz)? Throughout the season, Bama lost Waddle (all American receiver), Dickerson (best o-lineman), Moore, Miller, etc. yet still managed to blow through an all SEC schedule, and nearly half the wins were over opponents ranked in the top 13. Cope.

Remember, 2019 LDU barely beat a one-legged Tua that had an uncharacteristically sluggish start due to missing a month of action.

Bama hadn't lost a game in any of those "difficult" road environments in over a decade.

And don’t lie. 1996-2000s was absolutely painful for Bama fans watching three other SEC schools win Nattys while the program was in the toilet.

Probably not as painful as it was watching the ex coach you guys wanted fired in 2004 turn another program into a dynasty... lmao

What gets me are the Alabama retards in the comments crying. These cretins would cut their own foot off if Trump spilled Gatorade on it.

So, Bama never has bad runs, just bad seasons every once in a while, even Shula and Dubose won 10 games in a season.

NILs and the transfer portal changed this. Saban saw the writing on the wall and he was very smart to get out when he did.

Doesn't seem to make good sense when you think about the Air Force Academy being next door to the Space Force. Also, you will probably lose a lot of conservative voters from Colorado when they all drag up.

But Hunstville has NASA, so maybe it's a wash.

Huntsville, Alabama is where this country's space program was truly developed with Werner Von Braun and the Apollo program. It's home to NASA and it's called The Rocket City. Makes perfect sense to move it there.

(spoken as a native of Huntsville )

Also, Colorado is a lost cause when it comes to conservatism these days.

I am a big fan of this guy's videos and he (Peter Santenello) did a pretty good one on Huntsville and Operation Paperclip not too long ago. Highly recommend all his other videos too. Especially the recent one on Catalina Island. Interesting stuff.

Mississippi State beat you in 1941 and won the SEC in 41. It’s absolutely embarrassing for Alabama to count 1941 when they finished third in the SEC.

Yep. RSA already has terrible access problems that have been further complicated this year.

Politics.

The military asked this question multiple times but couldn’t get a good reason so now the US taxpayers will foot the multibillion dollar bill to make this happen.
