Abortion isn't an electorate issue by the numbers.

You have to go state by state.

In purple states (like VA) , it's a huge issue.

And it should be an important reminder that's how presidential elections are decided

It's winner take all on a state by state basis

Take a step back ponder his thought process behind the message. He's been doing this forever.

That's part of the problem. He's trotting out the same old, tired playbook, which hasn't worked for awhile now.

The lay of the land has changed, the political world is done revolving around him.

This is the dumbest thing I’ve seen him post and that’s saying a lot. Young Kin? Telephonically? C’mon…

The Trump worshippers can say what they want, but stuff like this is killing him with the average conservative voter. I only voted for him once, and was never really sold on him, but my parents were dyed in the wool MAGA. Now, with every statement he puts out - not what pundits or anyone else says, just his own statements - they’re drifting further away. They’ll be R’s until they die, but they won’t vote for him again in the next primary if there is another option.

I think it’s the unprovoked attacks on conservatives that turned them off. They’re all in for bashing Joe, Hillary, Chuck, and Nancy, but not our side.

Trump is losing it.

Has there ever been a Republican that won without Trump claiming it was because of him?

Exactly, few people voted for him...
His voters GAF about it...but only 8% of the public gives 2 shits.

Where did the other votes come from?

Trump knows something. Someone gave him the memo everybody has turned their back on him. And he is lashing out due to the lack of loyalty.

Because when DeSantis does not run for president

Trump is facing his own demise with these churlish anti-Republican statements. DeSantis will run and destroy Trump. DeSantis won't have a choice if Republicans harbor any vision of victory in 2024.

Youngkin was exhibit A that distancing from Trump was the key to Republican success moving forward.

Only he didn't distance himself from Trump until AFTER Trump helped him get elected.

Trump obsession over loyalty is ironic considering he will throw anyone in front of the proverbial bus at any given moment.

DeSantis couldn't beat Trump in an election in Florida, much less a national primary.

Too much of BDR's D is on your brain. It's sad really.

Lol I remember when Youngkin was running and these same people were saying he was an establishment plant. Now Youngkin is the grass roots hero. These people who claim to be so media aware and info savvy are swallowing everything Cocaine Mitch and his buddies are putting out hook line and sinker. These people are useful idiots for centralized power.
