No shite. Ridicule away, some want to punish him. You guys will freak about a new tweet next week

So he posted a Julian Assange post?
Posted on 2/6/26 at 12:38 pm to imjustafatkid
In 2007, he (Biden) referred to Barack Obama as “the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean.”
Presumably this was before he turned into a potato and therefore things like "If you don't know whether to vote for me or Trump then you ain't black" could be excused away by his potatoness

Nah. Innocent mistake. But I can see why it would seem that way.
The timeline of events doesn't line up with "innocent mistake."
The tweet went out last night and was defended by the White House this morning and stayed up several more hours. It was only taken down once it generated more backlash than maybe it was intended to generate.
"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry, I can see why people would think that, but it was never intended to communicate anything like that and that never even entered our minds. We'll fix that right away."
When that's the reality, you take it down right away. You don't call it "fake outrage" (direct quote) and leave it up for four or five more hours.
Nobody but the WH knows for sure, but the evidence steers me away from concluding it was not intentional.

Has Trump lost his mind? No part of him had to honestly think that was a good idea.

We don't listen to this sort of shite from people who celebrated the death of Charlie Kirk and then turned around and screamed about a woman getting shot who tried to run over federal agents.
You people are fricking crazy and retarded at the same time and you have zero credibility. None whatsoever.

you should sit a conversation about having no bottom out......

Embrace being Racist, its in the MAGA bible.

And he also said he didn't want his kids going to school with blacks.
Their credibility is in the negative column.

The White House has already said it wasn’t even Trump who posted it. This whole thread is ridiculous

This is exactly the kind of unforced error that costs us important elections.

Nobody seem to care when the left depicted Dubya as a little monkey.

George Bush looks like the love child of Alfred E Newman and a random chimpanzee.

The best part about this post is I could search you post history and I bet I could find 20 examples of you saying the same thing that he lost his mind. Here we are again and people will find something worse next week

He may have miscalculated, but maybe not as badly as you think.
Again, he's great at playing to his base. And Cult 45 members love stuff like this. It literally delights them. It's precisely why they have blind, unyielding loyalty to Trump while no other politician gets anywhere near that level of sycophantic adoration from them. As populists, they'll potentially turn on anybody else. They will never turn on Trump, literally no matter what he does. That's not even an option for them.
And I believe that the Cult is who this message was for.
Now, Trump may have outkicked his coverage with everyone else who is NOT in the Cult on this one, and that's why we saw a retraction and deletion, but it is impossible for him to outkick the coverage of the Cult.
He said it himself in his first campaign. "I could shoot someone in the face on 5th Ave. and my poll numbers would go up."
He was right.
It's a predictable response to the left having implemented such strong cancel culture about what people say. Such oppressive political correctness. People don't like being told they can't express themselves. You suppress that impulse too much and you end up with people who say stuff they ought not say just because they are so pissed off at having been stifled so much for so long.
