Common sense tells you Trump is right. The Court itself proves the point. Look how they vote on the issues, there is very little purpose in even making arguments, you could make a living handicapping how each justice will vote on a particular case.

There's a reason they call it "judge shopping" and a reason the libs file their motions before certain judges. They know the outcome before they even file.

John Roberts has no business on the court when he's more concerned about making sure the court looks above the fray than actually ruling on what he knows is the correct course of action according to and only the law and constitution.

Why is he even following what the district judge in San Fran gave in a ruling.. of which he cant do constitutionally.. He cant set a rule of law for the whole country. The Supreme Court needs to step in and stop this bullshite.

Roberts lost me with his ACA ruling which I interpreted as him stating the SCOTUS should not subvert the will of the people by overturning laws passed legally by Congress. I might be wrong but that’s what I remember.
I always thought their ONLY job was to protect us and overturn laws that conflicted with The Constitution and infringed on our rights.
