We are broke, Trump needs the short term overnight rates down, cause he needs to refinance the debt that didn’t get refinanced on the 30 year when rates were zero, that’s on Yellen… They blamed Yellen for financing on the 2 year, but looks like that’s exactly what they want to do, again; and actually hope the long term rates go down at some point ( it probably won’t, unless a depression/war/pandemic). Trump is just caught in a tough spot, which is why they let him win IMO, but he’s not doing to bad, but the deck is stacked against him with all the problems coming to a head, the 100 year depression cycle, the 18.6 housing cycle all hitting in next couple years…But suing Powell, lol…lowering rates have actually increased long term rates the last 3 times, so the bond market is seeing through all this BS. We need fiscal reform, quit spending, but no Politician will listen on either side….

SC says they can’t fire a person from Fed as it has no authority towards. Seems like if one branch can sue another a independent FED can’t be controlled by executive branch then only option is to sue
