It’s actually ridiculous how cooked in card fees are becoming. I see a lot of places like convenience stores and small businesses have a minimum charge because the cost is getting passed on. I also hope people take advantage and pay off their credit card debt. I don’t use credit as I don’t need it but I think this is a good idea.

I can’t be interested in politics and current events if I don’t vote? If an issue comes up that I feel strongly about I will vote, I haven’t voted for a politician since 2012. It’s a waste of time and it’s meaningless. Voting for president is even more meaningless when you don’t live in a swing state.

You can be interested in whatever you want, but you lose your right to complain about anything if you don’t vote.

Complaining is actually a right though and is either objective or subjective and needs no qualifier. Whether I cast a vote for my congressman or not, he will serve the interests of lobbyists and big money donors or he will fall in line with what the ‘party’ wants 99% of the time. I still have the right to complain about his actions because I am a constituent, voter or not.

Local elections however, especially on taxes would better prescribe to the point you make (though you can still complain).

You don’t perform your civic duty but bitch about what’s happening? Yeah you’re not a serious person at all. Thanks for acknowledging this you won’t be taken seriously.

Yeah keep voting man you’re really making a difference out there. You’re a serious person because you vote for sociopaths who don’t give a shite about you.

USA financial support for Ukraine ended in early 2025. Europe is also in sharp decline. With attention turning to other issues, even Europe has lost interest in the Ukraine conflict.
