this is a potential case Jack smith is looking at.
the kicker is whether witnesses can establish trump knew AG Barr was correct - there was no "steal" requiring trump to raise money to go to court over.
aside from a potential wire fraud case did trump actually use the money to go to court over the supposed steal and what came of it?
if he raised 100 million and nothing was spent on a case stopping any steal or even outside of court proving there was a steal, then how does trump win in court.
