Eh, maybe. But what would they even be doing up to now?

Sit this one out.

More talks with Iran scheduled in Geneva for Thursday. I think Iran will offer some things to appease the US. Highly doubt this thing goes hot beyond maybe limited strikes like last time.

Would be ironic if they settled on terms similar to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action.

Honestly wouldn't be surprised if its along the lines of something similar to that. Would just depend on how serious we truly are on other aspects of the demands. Like the part about them no longer funding and supporting their proxies in the region.

Yea, these talks will not be productive.

I don't think these talks will be necessary come Thursday.

It does not matter how many time it is posted that the Supreme Leader is dead. I will want to believe it every time but I will also doubt it is true at the same time.

That is the feeling I have as well. Trump wants no uranium enrichment, no proxy funding, to stop killing protestors and for them to dismantle their offensive missile capabilities. The Mullahs will never agree to any of that, even if they say they can concede on nuclear ambitions.

Boots on ground will be Iranians. We just need to drop guns after we take out military infrastructure while leaders are all hidden in bunkers. With guns then they will do the rest and honestly thats how it needs to be.

Should have already dropped crates a month ago. The Persians would already be well on their way to a future without radical islam.

Guns aren't going to do much good without training. Arming the populace was successful in toppling the regime in Libya and eventually in Syria because enough of the militaries of those countries defected to create a trained fighting force to oppose the regimes.

Kind of cool to see the F-22 with external fuel pods. I've never seen them equipped with them before.

Iran has mandatory military service.
The populace is trained.

That is why Iran has 2 armies. 1 to protect leadership from revolt and 1 regular conscription army.

I presume we would send 2 ships to follow which have jamming capabilities.
