Unless Trump finesses the redline in negotiations making the edges of the line fuzzy purple.

Ballistic missiles were not in the scope of the diplomatic negotiation framework. Ballistic missiles are scope creep by the U.S./Israel delegation.

I’m not saying ballistic missiles shouldn’t be in the diplomatic framework. I’m just pointing out that ballistic missiles are not even discussed in diplomatic meetings.

Tell me you don’t pay attention to world events or geopolitics without telling me that you don’t pay attention to world events and geopolitics.

There was never gonna be a deal. All this nuclear talk nonsense is just to be able to say we tried diplomacy and to give us time to all our shite in place. That’s why our demands were something we knew Iran would never go for. This is about regime change.

This is an ongoing situation for hundreds or a couple thousand years. Iran must change to be a peaceful nation and not a war mongering nation constantly threatening neighbors.

We don’t need another North Korea.

Jared is running this show and we’ll have to wait and see if Trump follows Jared’s lead.

Trump has an easy out if he wants to finesse the redline because 80% of the voters are against war with Iran.

I’m old enough to remember Donald Trump trashing a nuclear deal that was working. It was of Obama so it had to go.

Iran is trying to drag this on as long as possible. They're gonna do the same thing they did like a week ago and say they need time to "draw up a proposal" and then come back with hardly anything

You mean the one where we paid tribute to the regime to not develop weapons and they didn’t anyway?

Iran had no intentions of abiding by that deal and Obama had no expectations of them doing so.

If I remember correctly, that deal was never fully honored on Iran's side.

I mean, on paper it was. Iran is not going to stop its attempt at nuclear weapons without the US ending that regime

Obama was a complete fool in dealing with Iran and Russia. A lot of the current state of things rests on his shoulders.

US intelligence knows the reasons why they’re stalling and the window is closing. They currently have ballistic missiles that can reach Europe but they are supposedly a week away from having some that can reach US. The F22’s aren’t sitting in Israel as a show of force. Iran has hours until the attack starts.

I made the comment in this thread earlier that if a diplomatic solution is reached ironically it’s going to be something similar to the JCPOA.

They remained in compliance before the U.S. withdrew.
