There is a very public civil lawsuit with lots of the allegations in public, and that occurred months prior to the indictment. I think it may have even been prior to the major search that happened.

Within this video it shows the video of Diddy having a little kid read off celeb names.
Diddy read off names and nothing happened. Seriously why would Diddy naming names do anything but briefly shame them? They could say they did drugs and orgies and devil worship to GET IN.
Can any/all of them be criminally charged?
No one thinks of celebs like they used to. Oprah's scream preaching is no longer magical. They are all idiotic assholes. Restart Hollywood on the east coast in Wilm NC where there is a film studio already.
We need comedy back and politics and devil worshipping on an awards show stage gone.

I know nothing about this case/crimes alleged because the Diddy genre has never been in my interest. Anyone have the cliff notes of his trafficking?
My thought would have been that the girls/women would be volunteering to get invited to those celebrity parties to meet celebrities. get into the celebrity scene, have a celebrity boyfriend, have a celebrity baby daddy, marry a celebrity.
I see this crowd being the same that want to be in reality TV or follow celebrities as though it part of their life.

If they are "Monetized" and making money through YouTube - YouTube has parameters in place (through their internal AI) that will "Demonetize" them from spreading mis-information. If what they are reporting is legit then YouTube will pay them.
