Yes. DHS requested roughly 250 miles of barrier based on heavy traffic they were having trouble maintaining and controlling. This is what the $5.7 billion would have covered. What the experts requested.

I conducted a poll as well. My results show a lot higher (88%)of all Americans support a barrier on our border. I randomly called 1000 people and asked them if they would support the building of a wall to stop human traffickers, drugs, gang members, and the life time cost of $82,000 per illegal immigrant to American tax paying citizens.
As you can see, when the question was posed that way, 88% said yes.

It's not for us who live many miles away from these property owners to take their land,when they know there isn't a problem,just to make trump look good.
