I wouldn’t personally endorse the worst candidate of all time but that’s me.

Morgan Wallen's nasally music sucks, yet women still flock to his concerts.
I don't see them abandoning Taylor Swift over a political endorsement.

She got 400k people to register (or at least visit the registration site) after her announcement

Now the parents of those who are under the age of 18 can clearly boycott Swift by not buying any of her merch or taking their kids to her concert.
There’s no boycott for such parents to institute, because if they’re that serious about her political views they would already be doing so
Zero downward change

OMG, you fricking idiot. She already has 1000x the money any political party could ever offer her.

I’ve waited a couple of days to see if reality has set in with Trump supporters. His performance was abysmal, and then Swift’s endorsement was a double-whammy, only because she highlighted his disconnect with millennials and Gen. Z.

Politically, MAYBE it makes sense. She wants to secure her role as an influencer her younger fans can look up to. As weird as that is.
As far for her bread butter (making money), I don’t think it was a smart move. She could’ve waited until Kamala’s back was against a wall (ha) and then won the praise of liberal MSM.

I’m not denying that. She might get out the vote
All I’m saying is that my 14 year old daughter (who does not have a job) will not be going to her concert on my dime.
* by the way, I don’t have a daughter - just using that as an example
