If Biden/Abrams win in November it will happen.
Biden will have to prove his bones to the Prog base of the Democrats. His kooky VP will be outspoken for it. Media will demand it and campaign for it 24/7.
Democrats rule the House with an iron grip and will pass it. All Senate Democrats will vote for it and there will be enough pussy republicans that will vote for it because they are scared, weak, virtue signaling, self preserving.
I can see the following voting for it...

What state tried to do this a few years ago? Reparations for descendants of slaves. They cut it out when white people showed up who could prove they had slave ancestors.

Who can be against reparations? I believe every former slave that was owned by a democrat (since no republicans did) should receive compensation.
Family members and free people of color that were never slaves should be given free transport back IF that is their desire but no reparation checks.
