Not gonna disagree about the Karens but Biden won Georgia because the huge amount of the AA votes he
received and big part of his success in the northern,more populated suburbs were due to many AA's moving into Cobb and Gwinnett.

Buckhead is a suburb or a neighborhood? If they were a suburb, wouldn't they have their own police force?

You're right; none.
I will say that Buckhead has undergone a transformation in the past 20 years, though.
It used to be old white people who lived and shopped there and young white yuppie people who worked and partied there.
Then around the turn of the century things began to change somewhat. Old white people still lived and shopped there and young white people still worked and partied there.
But the nightlife scene started attracting more and more minority element. With money, of course. Lots of Cadillac Escalades, baggy dark black jeans, and tiparillos among the previously exclusively khaki slacks, martinis, and Lexuses. Nothing wrong with law abiding minority citizens mixing in the neighborhood.
But then that crowd began to attract minorities without so much money. They couldn't afford to go to the expensive clubs on Saturday night, so instead they would hang out at Lennox Square and Phipps Plaza for free.
Then shootings started to happen at the malls. Gangs started roaming around Buckhead.
This happened over a long period of time, of course. Not overnight.
But it's become quite a strange place. You're right. There's not a ghetto within quite a distance of Buckhead, but for some reason it attracts a criminal element that doesn't mind the commute.

I honestly don’t believe the “Karen from the burbs” narrative. With trump gaining in every category some group had to be the reason Biden “won”.
