Retarded thing to do and say. But in my opinion it's towing the line. Not sure there was an actual threat in there.
Again, very stupid. But unless there was far more than that one minute video, he did nothing legally wrong. Now if he was harboring illegal "family", then that's different. But either way, he brought the smoke on himself.
Let's see if the left deems him their next hero. Especially since he looks like he came from Honey Booboo's trailer park, probably has a big rebel flag on his living room wall above the pile of Milwaukee's Best empties, and looks like he's talking to the camera and his next door neighbor at the same time.

They are honestly so ignorant they believe ICE is some special "group" created by the Trump administration and has no legal authority to arrest people. I've actually read one of their widely followed loons on X proclaim ICE can only observe and report on immigration activities and are not supposed to detain or arrest anyone.
They do not understand ICE is a federal law enforcement agency funded by Congress TO ENFOCE IMMIGRATION LAW and existed long before Trump was elected.

I understand this, but the one video shown doesn't indicate a direct threat. It indicates a "situatuonal" response to a fictitious event. Unless there's far more to it, and maybe there is, then I see no solid crime. Just an inbred idiot shooting his mouth off.
