First 6 days I thought I was coming down with season allergies or even a sinus infection. I went to urgent care to see a Dr to see if I needed some prescription allergy medicine or if it something worse like a sinus infection or the onset of pneumonia. The second I walked in they gave me a Covid test, said it was positive, and sent me on my way.

I went home and grabbed some food along they way. The next week did suck. I had a slight fever - like just enough to make it miserable. Some cough. There were about 4 nights that I would take super deep breathes for about 30 minutes at a time - very loud- I purposely did this to keep the air flowing but at no time was I really concerned about not being able to. About day 14 I woke up and felt better. It took me another month to get my energy level back.

I drank LOTS of fluids - water, green tea, Gatorade, pedialite, and juice. I at a lot of breakfast foods like bagels, Cheerios, fruits (cold watermelon really made me feel better), yogurt, cottage cheese, and probably more jello and pudding than I’ve eaten in the last 25 years combined.

I took my temp a few times a day and when I felt warm I would take a wet cloth around my head.

Most of it was like a bad hangover except for the occasional cough.

Which is what i think has been targeting younger children, as it usually does and it has been mistakenly or perhaps purposely labeled as Covid

Amazing how this variant is really hitting hard the circa 30 year old group.

You’re amazed that 30 year olds can get a transmittable virus?

Good Luck. Covid is never going away, it will be with us forever most likely.
May as well get it while you are young and strong. Maybe add quercetin and garlic to your c, d3, and zinc regimen. Id take at least 3x's the daily limit of vitamin D3 or more. Fauci has been taking 10x's the d3 limit, but never told a soul until 6 months into it and only when asked fyi.

I'm not too concerned, I have plenty of Zinc, C, D, Ivermectin, and Colloidal Silver.

Take all as recommended but not the colloidal silver unless you want to turn permanently blue.

The kids are getting both simultaneously IMO. Test positive for COVID, RSV kicks their arse, hospitals and media report COVID and profit off the fear.

Get you one of them oxygen monitors that goes on your finger. Keep a close eye on it. If it starts dropping time to go to the hospital.
