Agreed. I handled more than dozens of judicial commitments years ago. It’s easy to prove danger to self and others when they are in court. Tough to do when it’s something from the past and records aren’t complete.
Will be an uphill battle, but fun to watch. I think any rational person knows he was out of it….but proving it is a whole different animal.
Maybe emails between staffers shed some light. On this…or something else…
