the political right doesn't have the balls to play hardball the way the left does. if/when they ever regain majority status in congress they'll be begging the left to be nice and "let's all get along" and roll over to wet themselves.

The left owns the courts and the justice dept. They own the fbi, they own the cia, they own the DOJ.
They own the house. They own the White House. Hell, they even own most of the Republicans.

As long as the citizenry is armed and willing, they can secure their freedoms.
If the people mobilized, the government would face an insurmountable enemy. A war that they cannot win by any means. Sure they can use their fancy toys and threaten the populace but at the end of the day they have families and live in homes just like the rest of us that can be broken into, burnt to the ground, and their families harmed.
The grid is fragile. Plunging them into total chaos wouldn’t be hard.

Amen. Who on the right is going to engage in any of the behaviors that are standard practice on the left? I can't think of a single R senator or representative who would go on the offensive against these clowns. Some of the junior reps might be willing to, but they have no actual power or standing in the party.
