Hopefully it furthers the notion that liberals and the **** in Europe are all wrong, about everything, and that they’re not viable options to lead after what we’ve seen from Trump and his way of doing things.

That would be cool.

If it were Obama that took him out, you would be clapping like a seal. Take the win for America and stop with the hypocrisy

Weakens China and Russia.

You get to chance to obliterate Iran while they are weak

But what do you see as a clear benefit to the United States

How retarded are you? Iran has been propped up as a puppet state of Russian and china. They have ignored world sanctions and literally a sponsor of terrorism and are responsible for instability in the region for the past 50 years. If you think not getting rid of an enemy state that would sell their souls for nuclear capabilities that would damage the US and Isreal. How can you ask such a stupid question without even understanding the basics of history in this region and not realize the impact of this has on American prosperity. Not to mention the weakening of China in the process.

Read a book dude.

This neuters China and Russia. Iran was supplying cheap energy, regardless of sanctions to China. Iran was supplying much of the drone/war technology to Russia.

Iran was responsible for the high majority of destabilization activities around the globe.

This is a huge win for America if nothing more than further isolating China and Russia. This with the Venezuela action, has completely screwed China who will now have to pay much more more energy resources.

Iran doesn’t get nuclear weapons and pull us into a nuclear war. Duh.

Another example of how to conduct warfare should the need arise. Might keep us out of another 20 year conflict when he is out of office.

And none of them were sponsored by Iran. That's just war justification propaganda.

I guess "Iran is 2 weeks away from nukes" wasn't adequate, as they've been using that one for 30 years.

“They” haven’t been “using that one” for no damn 30 years. That’s just a complete falsehood.

ETA….And by the way, try not to forget that there have been effective operations against their nuclear weapons program that have indeed set them back, and thank goodness for that.

If you need more than this (you should not):

Iran and the US have been at war since 1979. They have killed thousands of americans in that timeframe.

Why would you want to keep letting this fester for another 50 years?

Since when did ignoring problems become a hallmark of "good leadership"?

Yes, 'they' have. In his speech to Congress in 1996, Netanyahu said Iran's nuclear program was "getting extremely close."

Look it up.

So that’s the best specific item of support for the grand claim about “two weeks away, for 30 years,” is that one event, in that one year, not using any “two weeks away” language at all? Ok then.
