I appreciate the religious angle...
I appreciate your perspective. I don't view it as "religious"; I view it as simply being aware of our creator, appreciating his gift of life along with the lives of my loved ones, and trying to live a life that is pleasing to him. After all, it's his sandbox and if we want to remain in his grace, we must follow his commandments.
God sets standards for his children just like a parent does for theirs. God wants to be proud of us just like a parent wants to be proud of their well-behaved, respectful, child.

to each their own, but I figure Jesus already is hounded by enough fans. I don't wanna bother the guy!
When you think of Jesus, think of all of the love and blessings that he has gifted to you. Your parents, siblings, wife/husband, children, your dogs/cats, etc., etc., etc., are ALL because of Jesus. When you feel your deep love for them, thank Jesus. Praise Jesus for what he has done for you. If you will simply believe in him and live a life that is pleasing to him, you can live forever in paradise with those who you love the most and there will be no more death. Think about it, please.

To make your last conscious thought be anticipation of eternal peaceful happiness.
i.e. = be right with your God.

The meaning of life or the reason we exist is to allow our soul to experience, learn and grow through the experience of natural and spiritual life. Our human body is the link that permits us to connect and interact with natural realities. Our spirit links us to spiritual realities and allows us to sense and interact with the unnatural side of life. Our soul is the accumulation of thoughts, feelings, and understandings regarding physical and spiritual experiences. Each good and not-so-good experience contributes to forming who we are and who we become, and those results ultimately move us closer to or further from our creator.

Presupposing Christ actually wants you
Do you want Christ? That's the important question.
We all have free will, but it comes into conflict with predestination. Christ knows ahead of time who will and will not be saved.

What an idiot.
Naw I kid, you’re right. Damn sure during your 20s at least. Probably 30s as well until somebody just absolutely makes you stop. Physically.

IMO, it's all about 'the ride'. To experience Life from the bottom all the way up to a total awareness and Unity (think Love) with our Creator. Our Creator being the sum total of infinite Energy/Matter/Self Awareness.
"The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a mustard seed, the smallest of all seeds, which grows into the largest of all trees wherein all manner of fowl dwell...". From the first Protoplast to what we are now, and forward. That would be and is a personal 'ride' worthy of a Loving Creative Entity with an infinite intellect.
"Sewn in corruption...raised incorruptible". A limited individual is a flawed entity, I.e., 'sinful' in it's nature. It WILL blow Love for Ego sooner or later, as it acquires more power, and the Power corrupts.
I think Jesus is the Human version of God and does indeed hold the Knowledge via the Mercy 'key' to the 'gate of heaven' wherein only pure folk may enter. Not by the Egoic accomplishment but by Faith.
And I think you are right, NW, for as one becomes "close" to Jesus, they are changed by 'the Holy Spirit of Truth'.
The only real question I have is whether or not we 'come back' as a particular manifestation of our personal reward/judgment. When I see people here that show up blessed to attain Heaven while others are cursed, and I accept the (Just) idea that God will indeed render to us "according to OUR works" and not just His whim...then there is only one reason why people show up in this realm 'pre-destined'. And that is that 'we' must have lived before to earn our place. Think Elias, and "you reap whereupon another has sewn". And throw in real life 'reincarnation' scenarios like that kid in Lake Charles who was a navy pilot in WWII that got whacked.
Don't matter to me. Whatever the Good Lord determines I'll go with. Was truly blessed in this one, and have greater expectations for the next. With a few humps to get over.
God speed, Brother.

To serve in balance allowing for His will to be done for the best possible outcomes

I liked your post but I don't believe that God uses reincarnation. After all, Jesus said that we are to die one time (Hebrews 9:27).
Some reincarnation stories are very compelling but I believe it's likely that dark spirits create "past-life" memories in some people.

And anybody who has ever experienced extraordinary scenarios of Love...knows what "the best possible outcomes" are. I think I've 'learned' more from my now 7 yr. old Great Granddaughter than I have all other sources of knowledge. O course, it was likely the Knowledge acquired from said sources that made love possible.
And further likely that Jesus kept His side of the 'bargain' and affected Reality in ways that I am unaware of. And some that I am aware of, and consider as 'miraculous'.
Thank you, Lord!

Merciful Lord,
let the evening prayer of your Church
come before you.
May we do your work faithfully;
free us from sin
and make us secure in your love.
We ask this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
God, for ever and ever.
— Amen.

To build good karma so we've the chance to reincarnate. Even if our souls and memories are wiped clean, it'll still be another form of moving forward.

The meaning of all life is to create more life.
What you are asking is: what is the meaning of the human experience?
