So does this mean we're cancelling Halloween?

It's not going to go over well with the candy companies.

Tell us how it goes this next Winter. Being in Alaska should afford you plenty of opportunities to try it.

Do you kiss your mom after all that boot licking?

I’d be in favor of it, with exceptions for people partaking in Halloween or other celebratory events where costumes are common (ie Mardi Gras, comic-con)

I’m not in favor of it. If someone is committing a crime then they should be arrested whether they have a mask on or not.

Would not support but think about hilarious this scenario would be...

Masks are banned except for religious garb (ie burkas). ANTIFA decides to all wear burkas to get around the ban. US news airs a group of angry people all wearing burkas, destroying property and inciting violence

Of course. But when you have a large number of masked protesters and rioters committing crimes and the majority not being caught by police at the scene, the mask prevents them from being identified and held accountable later

Peaceful protest - what’s to hide?
Violent protest - don’t deserve to hide.
Soros funded/Antifa protest - kill them all.

I’m against this law. If people don’t want to show their face, they shouldn’t have to. However I do wish police would seriously crack down on violent riots. People don’t know how to be civil anymore.

No.

The only use of an anti-mask law would potentially be for a status quo that has already proven that it doesn't want to imprison and prosecute leftists who are violent to come after our side at some point for some perceived violation of said law.

There are already too many laws.

Here is where I have my problems with the far Right. Antifa are human garbage and what they represent is a failed ideology. Yet, some of you want MORE government in our lives because "it doesn't affect me!!!!".

frick this attitude. This is exactly the mentality the left has with guns because they don't see the need for them. Our freedoms are not tools to be bargained with and forfeited in order to hurt our political enemies because they just so happen to be using those freedoms to further their own agenda.

Masks are not the problem. Violence is the problem, arrest those who are violent.

How do you identify people with masks? So I guess you're for voting without ID?

The House should put together a bill to “un mask” all of the Congress men and women using the congressional sex fund to pay people to be silent.

No, but I support shooting protesters who wear masks and are engaged in violent actions.

How about making violent mob protests illegal?

It happens all the time. Bike lock guy for instance was identified despite covering his face.

If authorities on scene see violence, immediately move to arrest.

The answer is not "Ban all masks!"
