Whatever it takes as far as I'm concerned. I stopped screwing around with weed 30 years ago but was introduced to gummies a couple years ago. I definitely see some value. It's not so much the mild high but just the ability to lay down and sleep longer before tossing and turning with hip arthritis and low back issues. Before I would lay down and within an 1-2 hours I was constantly having to wrestle with these issues all night. The gummies postpone that to 4-5 hours allowing much more uninterrupted rest, a big difference for me. That said, at 62 I am on no meds and blood work recently came back all good except a bit low on B12. I'll take it.
