Why? Because they would get in trouble and the actual instigator would set there and cry racism.
We have set up a system where the one defending themselves get in more trouble than the thugs starting. A system where punishment is only directed one way regardless of the facts of the situation.

For all I know more than 50% of the black kids at the school where this happened are good kids. The question is how many thugs does it take to significantly impact the culture of a school? It doesn't have to be "most" for sure.

I will show this video to my boys. NEVER allow yourself to take a position where you yield to dominance. The boy seated tried to avoid eye contact, stayed lower and didn't challenge his dominance. Screw that, stand up, take your arse whipping if necessary. Dont just allow yourself to be defenseless and be blind sided. Get up, stand your ground and defend yourself. Tie him up and you may get some bumps and bruises but not brain damage.
These kind of kids are out there, and they are lower than animals, an animal would exert his dominance and leave you alone once you cowered. Not this a-hole.

A pic he posed for and consented to being take. was reposted after he asked to have it taken down.
Solution: inflict serious bodily injury on the smaller boy that hurt his feelings by posting a consensual photo of him.
There’s a cultural difference here: one style of parenting is to reinforce the old sticks and stones adage. The other culture preaches you can never let someone make you feel disrespected. And when they do, make them suffer greatly.

The more dangerous lie is that 150 years ago, the same group of people who are insanely overrepresented in violent crime today were "hunted down and lynched" for sport by merciless, racist White men.
The far more believable truth is that these people were committing crimes and something had to be done to protect people when the government refused to do it during reconstruction and post reconstruction.
I mean, considering that cops won't even attempt to put a dent in black murder and crime today, this is basically the only logical way to see it.
