A good businessman picks good managers.

A President nominates managers that get confirmed by others. That may not be on his side.

Their philosophy is generally great. They haven’t advanced much more than Rosie O’Donnell, though.

Rand Paul has been almost the only one to chop on the Fauci tree. He has been pushing to end masks on planes and he single-handedly exposed the lab leak by using Fauci's own words and documents against him. Trump could have fired Fauci at any point, but instead we got Warp Speed.

NavyTiger trolled so bigly the gif of McCain's thumbs down keeping the shitty expensive ObamaCare.

I want to know who instructed or tweeted for Trump "it's going to be wild"

Rand Paul should run but they will eat him alive for breakfast before he gets to dinner.

Why isn't firing a good plan for governing? I would be ecstatic if Trump (or whoever) came in and fired a significant portion of the government. A non-functional government sounds great to me as long as they cut back on taxes.

It's the hiring back of new swamp creatures that is the problem

CPAC polling results tell me he put a pretty good hurtin’ on The Swamp. I imagine the primaries will reflect it, too.

You could be right, however, I think this happened despite Trump, not because of him. The leftists went too fast too soon. When they creeped slowly the RINOs blended in. When the leftists went too far, people woke up and wondered why there was no right wing in the GOP.

I want Rand Paul to have national appeal. I’ve come to the realization that he never will, though.

Its basically going to take shear force of will to get the right people in. With not taking No for an answer. The left will, scream, but would fall on deaf ears next time around.

And this is why I give DJT somewhat of a pass. I think he did decent job under the circumstances and believe his heart and intentions where mostly in the right place.

That said, who and how does a political novice completely clean house and then replace ALL the positions that need to replaced? And replaced with people that are deemed to be qualified by the elitist media or pass muster during the appointment process. I believe he relied on people that he thought would help steer him in the right direction and was failed by them and some of his own instincts.

I think he was in a no win situation. I think he did a relatively good job, but far and away his biggest impact is having pulled the curtain back on just how disgusting the swamp creatures are. I would vote for him again in a New York second, but if it's not him, it's going to take someone with the courage not to succumb to the trappings of the office/DC elite. I have ZERO confidence in anyone being able to resist this. He'll probably be the closest ever.

Their needs to be a MAJOR reset, but I'm fearful the only way that ever happens is by way of armed conflict or a peaceful fracturing of the states.

WTF? Why do you think that? He was shot at, attacked by his neighbor, and attacked by a mob... he's still standing by his principles. This ain't his first rodeo and he sure as shite doesn't give a damn who disagrees with him. Remember when he single-handedly shut down the federal government via 1 man filibuster in protest to the Trump budget bill?

Imagine how stupid you would have to be to think he has no culpability here.

Just an innocent victim that made a bunch of terrible hires right?

If that's actually the case why in the flying frick would anyone want him to be run for president again?

This is why he can't govern and we should probably be in the DeSantis camp. What is Trump going to do in 2024 if he wins? Fire everyone in every department?

Hopefully yes. Totally clean house. Everyone. And maybe if you got fired and were not scum you might get your job back. Not even joking. A house cleaning is absolutely needed because one of two things must be true.

A. The Swamp is so deep in DC that a total cleaning is required.
B. Trump is DS and surrounded himself with DS on purpose.

This was biggest beef with Trump. He was either very naive or arrogant to have such horrible people in positions of power. The intelligence agencies, DoJ and the rest of the swam was his undoing.

I believe Kayleigh McEnany truly had Trump's back and was an excellent pick for press secretary.
