The complaint I’m hearing more often in the last few days is people don’t have a problem with ICE arresting and deporting people; the problem is how ICE goes about it.

They point to Obama’s inflated deportation numbers and say “I don’t remember anyone protesting then.” The rioters repeat the claims of people getting snatched up because of the color of their skin and deported without due process.

It's John Lott, so you have to take it with a grain of salt. He is definitely doing some apples and oranges stuff in there. I wanted to believe it all, but when I looked into it a bit, I'm not so sure.

What is the point you are making? You don't disband ICE and stop enforcing the law because they are less than perfect human beings. That would be stupid

Someone incorrectly arrested by ICE would be able to sue and win for damages. The fbi, state, and local police also incorrectly arrest people all the time We have a system in place where those wronged can seek damages

Not even worth trying to talk sense into these mf’ers

I think you should be arrested as well. Cause if you loved them you would tell them how frickin stupid it is to walk around without an id

Certainly not. But, I would also scold them for being in a position to be contacted by ICE.

What? So you'd blame them for being wrongly arrested?

There is a park right outside of my apartment complex. I walk through it frequently and never have my wallet and that's very intentionally.

Their agreement for the tax breaks was to train and employ local workers. Apparently, by how rapidly the media shut their pie wholes, and the Koreans went silent.....Id say the feds were correct, this was not happening.

If you can't pontificate on why someone might walk somewhere without an identification you need to rethink life

Every couple of days there’s a story of them arresting children or American citizens or people who are going through the process of getting their green card. It’s not hard to find. You just don’t want it to be true so you ignore it.

Where did you look into it and what did you find? Genuinely curious.

Evidently about 170 Americans were arrested and detained. Not for interfering with ICE duties but because these clowns had the wrong person that just didn't happen to have their ID on them at the time.

What is not stated is most these morons are at fault for it. Case in point was the Laotian US Citizen in MN. ICE had final orders of deportations for 2 Laotian criminal illegals (one for rape and the other sexual assault if a minor). They went to the house, the moron US citizen who was harboring these dirt bags refused to provide ID, take a finger print scan or submit to facial recognition scans. So ICE detained him in order to rule out that he was one of the illegal criminals…..
