Yeah but Antifa and these commie groups are weirdos and appear to have no moral foundation.

Further evidence the most ardent of Trump supporters are just disenfranchised Union democrats longing for a return to the mines.

MAGA is a slogan.

The Republican nominee - JD Vance - will continue almost all of the policies that Trump has set in place outside of being as aggressive with tariffs.

America First is not necessarily far right. They are populists. It’s the joining of the Bernie and MAGA populists with a new Gen Z energy.

Not even Bernie bros anymore. But you CAN unite the Jimmie Dore and Tim Poole's with the Tucker and Fuentes's and the Dave Smith's in the middle.

It would be a formidable front. And hard to beat.

Absolute fact. This has been my assertation for the past 10 years.
Democrats dropped class warfare for race and gender, and MAGA took over the class warfare.

No he will not. Particularly, Trumps foreign policy fascinations and his tariffs.

Vance was a "Never Trumper."

This is so important and I'm glad you mentioned it. Yes, this post is about MAGA and the future of the GOP, but the dems are facing the same reckoning.

I'll tell you right now, if these idiots follow the Mamdani route, keep identity politics front and center, and cater to the far left rahtards, they're doomed. Just freaking doomed. These are the people and strategy that gave Trump a second term. Kamala on tv talking about free sex changes for prisoners, said during the pinnacle of the "woke" moment, was just DEVASTATING. Hell of an ad and, imo, was one of the most effective ads ever aired during a presidential election.

Pragmatism wins. The center wins. American politicians have abandoned the center since 2015. Whomever figures that out and can actually survive a primary by running to the center will win in '28, imo. Unfortunately, surviving hyperpartisan primaries will be one hell of an obstacle to overcome for any center-minded, pragmatic politician.

The other bad thing about pragmatism in today's political environment is these are the sorts of people who piss off both the left and the right, at least those who fall prey to hyperpartisan media. If you're a true pragmatist, it should be your MISSION to piss off both extremes, tell them to stfu, and embrace the middle as a voter base.

JD Vance has one enormous problem....Peter Thiel. That is one WEIRD mofo and JD is the guy he put his money and power behind to get him the VP nod. Good luck with that. Once the general population learns who Thiel is and some of his WWWAAAAYYYYY out there beliefs, they aren't going to be in a hurry to vote for his puppet.

I'm open to learn so please don't take this as me telling you you're 100% wrong, but JD is the first guy I'm aware that Thiel has gone "all in" on. He's always donated money to his favored politicians, but JD seems like Thiel's chosen one.

Give me a break. So by that line of thinking people won’t vote for democrats backed by Soros?

Trump junior hand picked Vance to be the VP nominee because he is the most talented speaker/debater the republicans currently have.

MAGA as we’ve known it is done. There may be someone who adopts some of the MAGA agenda subtly, whatever you think that may be. But nobody is going to go public with full blown MAGA… Too much of the electorate has grown tired of it and the drama.

Absolutely, we need to get back to DC Uniparty politics and preserve the corrupt system.

Youre overestimating the average voter. Will not mean a thing.

JD just needs to lie low for the next three years.

No one. The entrenched bureaucracy and Globalists will buy both candidates in 2028.

The succession fight right now is between Vance and Rubio.

They both handle the press very well. But Rubio tries to be polite while Vance attacks the liberal scumbags. So I'd vote for Vance.
