Actually, you're making incorrect points

Your kids will have no debts to pay out of their pockets from the parents' spending.

There is no objection to spending your money on yourself. However, it is laughably stupid to not seize the opportunity and contribute to your bloodline’s flourishing by leaving something to the next generations. And hell, if you hate your kids so much, set up a generation skipping trust for the grandkids who are yet to be born.
Imagine thinking you hate your kids because you decide to actually enjoy your final years instead of saving every penny to give to your adult kids.

Rich families would take that money, and invest it in the future of the family, either through land purchases or stock purchases.

They would also use that money to invest directly in their grandchildren.

Healthy societies always prioritize the next generation.

I would take exception to your statement, but that would be like talking to a donkey.

To measure generalized population greed, I would however point to the national debt and the way it has ramped up over the last 10 years, borrowing against future generations to pay it back and stealing from the greatest generation through inflation impact on fixed income.

"Ok, Boomer."

Perfect answer, I can only guess that you are a parasite, leach, tick , tapeworm on society and your good with it. Remember when you suck the host dry it dies. That means you are on your own.

LOL, a lot of them inherited it.

If you have kids and have no interest in leaving a financial legacy for them, then there is something wrong with you or them.

Hey stupid you know nothing of their movement. Those people in a free society had every right to protest the Vietnam war. Plus dumbass actual hippies were not all that common. That said the real problems are caused by the Bill Ayers followers like Obama and the Clintons. But remain ignorant so you can amuse people who know what they are talking about.

This is such a hilarious thread

They know nothing about whom they speak of.

They openly speak of "Why didnt the boomers FIX THINGS" when there is not the first GD thing they have made efforts to fix.

and this mountaintiger MORON idiot, has already claimed his junkets to tropical locations to acquire drugs/sex/what the F ever junkets

while HIS parents have chosen to write his pathetic aZz OUT OF THEIR WILL.

Boomers have nothing to hide or apologize for unless individuals have something to hide or apologize for..

same as you lowlife morons who are of different generations. FIX THINGS YOURSELF. WE ARE.

How to be a Baby Boomer:

1. Be born into the most promising period of growth in the nation's history.

2. Live their prime years in a booming economy, with affordable housing and plentiful jobs.

3. Allow their country to be taken over by communists.

4. Work long enough to ensure that much of the next generation can't get good jobs until well after the time comes when they should be starting a family.

5. Spend their retirement like drunken sailors, causing everyone to hate them more than they already did.

6. Leave nothing but heartache for their children and grandchildren, while sky-screaming at Fox News about how bad the world has gotten and how the youth are such disgraces.

In short, be the most selfish and naive generation in the history of mankind. Inheriting a golden age and leaving behind dystopia.

So you have planned a "financial legacy" for your kids? Sent any to college? Some of them inherited some money. How much money in your small selfish mind is a "legacy"?

It's sad that you have to spell this out for them. Not surprising, but sad.

Oh you mean dystopia like you have fomented?

FCK you

I would say that I doubt the American male is going to continue abiding all of this in silence, but I don’t know anymore. I don’t know what avenues we have left to fight.

Sounds like you have the same problem Boomers have.. dumbass hollerboy

Not yet, but have saved for it.

A lot, and passing it on to my kids is the opposite of selfish.

Sorry you spent it all.

Looks like there are some mad spend-it-all Boomers in this very thread, Eli. I guess they have some regrets.

Another stupid one;

How to be a Baby Boomer:

1. Be born into the most promising period of growth in the nation's history.

You mean get a job? You could hike your worthless arse out right now and get a job as a matter of fact. Seems with your head so far up your @ss you haven't noticed that more billionaires have been created in the last few years than ever before in history?

2. Live their prime years in a booming economy, with affordable housing and plentiful jobs.

3. Allow their country to be taken over by communists.

Not us dipshit, your generation voted Biden in.

4. Work long enough to ensure that much of the next generation can't get good jobs until well after the time comes when they should be starting a family.

You mean keep a roof over their heads because they don't want to get a job? This your personal issue you don't want to work and make your own way?

5. Spend their retirement like drunken sailors, causing everyone to hate them more than they already did.

I love it when lazy worthless POS scum say this. Your hate is like a fine wine to the people who earned what they have. Hope you go hungry.

6. Leave nothing but heartache for their children and grandchildren, while sky-screaming at Fox News about how bad the world has gotten and how the youth are such disgraces.

Tough love baby. And you are a disgrace.

In short, be the most selfish and naive generation in the history of mankind. Inheriting a golden age and leaving behind dystopia

Funny that you think giving you money will change the very dystopia you created. We held up our end and that end was not to pay your bills in perpetuity.

Because, they know their worthless Millennial kids don't deserve it. It's the ultimate Boomer troll.

We might be talking about two different things here. I am all for cutting the kids off when it is time to get a job, but I also see it as my responsibility to leave money when I die for their extended families to grow and prosper.

If they are deadbeats when the clock strikes midnight for me, I may think differently. I hope I have raised them not to be.

You’re 70 years old and you respond thoughtlessly like an enraged idiot, spouting platitudes about hard work, as if your hard work was responsible for things being more affordable when you were in your prime. Not surprising for the only generation to get older but never wiser.

Who says I spent it all? Presently both of my kids are doing very well, graduated college, got good paying jobs and are happy. They refuse to take money from me and don't like it when I spend too much on the grandkids. For some loser like you to call me selfish is too funny. Hope you starve.
