In all fairness, wouldn't you want to kiss a little arse and make a bidding war? If he came out and was like "I'm going to Man City, if you aren't Man City, don't call", that would be incredibly dumb. He may be a douche, but with the rest of the douches on Chelsea, he's our douche!!!!

Mata and Hazard ought to be sick. I admittedly haven't seen Hazard play much, aside from highlights, but he does seem to have tremendous potential. Hopefully he'll give us the width that we really needed and allow Mata to work inside behind Torres.

These will never go into effect and if they do, Chelsea and other high spending clubs will find their way around them. There is no way that UEFA is going to cheapen the UCL by not allowing the high spending clubs to play. This isn't "everbody gets a ribbon" bullshite.
