It's about wages not transfer fees, unfortunately.

M'Vila injured in training. This intrepid reporter thinks that means he can't price himself out of an Arsenal move!
Edit: happened in Serbia match. He has ankle ligament injury

And the majority of that was funded by the £50mm Chelsea paid for Torres
No doubt Beast, I believe AC is on about £60,000/week... whats Hazard getting? £200,000/week?

And I'm sure Hulk will be at least that. The transfer fees are pretty meaningless. More clubs would engage in bidding wars if wages were lower. Only 4 clubs can really afford Hulk and Hazard.

I saw this yesterday, and I feel sad for him, but he can't blow up in the Euros now and sadly it's good for Arsenal unfortunately for him.

link? I know he's been rumored to move but I expected de Laurentis to try and keep his big 3 together for one more year.

Chelsea and Man United are apparently both looking at Moussa Dembele. For about 10 million. Same situation as Dempsey, only a year left on his contract at Fulham and if he doesn't want to sign an extension they kind of have to sell him.

Yeah, he's kind of a shitty finisher, and there are better passers, but he's amazing with the ball at his feet. Its like its glued to his feet, he just blows past people with ease.
Moving him to a deeper central midfield role kind of makes the finishing issues less of a problem, and I'd assume that he'd stay in that sort of role when he moves on.
I think he's maybe even more likely to move on than Demspey (and I think Clint will move, I'm just pretty much sure Dembele will). Could be a bit of a rough off-season for Fulham, especially considering both will go for somewhat cut rate prices because of their contract situations.

But at the same time it means when he loses the ball it creates more problems for his team.

I think Jol has done a good job of bringing in a variety of talented younger attackers (frei, kasami) who will be given more responsibility next year, especially if Clint and the moose move on.

Frei is top notch. He looked about as good as anyone on the field against Chelsea, and I have no doubt that he's just going to get better. Definitely an exciting product. The Fulham Academy seems to be grossly underrated, and I hope they can keep up the good work with Hyndman's grandson.

When Hodgson came in he basically said the Academy was a joke. Ever since then they've started to put a lot of money in it. I guess the thinking is, if Southampton can do it, why not us?

I'm hearing that Barca's interested in Lloris.
If this signing happens, Barca's a lock for the UCL.

I would love to see Lloris at Barça. I wonder if he will ever leave France, though.
