The more we have players not playing in the mls the less they will give a shite about the gold cup.
At one point the highest level any US player could hope for was the national team.

That was one of those summers where you don't realize how good you have it until it's over. I was between my first and second year of MBA school at LSU. I had a graduate assistantship job that required very little work, but I was at a computer all day. I think I probably watched 90% of the World Cup games that year.
I clocked out for this game, though. I was not going to check my emotions. What a day that was.
