I'm not sure that I'd say Milan's U24s are far better than Roma's, but I do agree they're better. Donnarumma (still only 19!!!!) and Romagnoli have over 230 combined appearances for the senior club already.

Yeah, you guys are probably right about the total numbers of U24 players Milan has . ..

I wasn't really thinking about many guys like Romangoli since my original point in bringing up the young players was Roma's ups and downs in the first half of the season being due to depending on many young players with about 30 combined appearances in any first division, much less 230 in Serie A . . .

We started some champions league group stage matches with a front three that was 18, 18 and 21 with Pellegini and Cristante behind them.

(Also, Lorenzo Pellegrini, at least, should be on that short list of very good players.)

Icardi left out of team sheet again. Also demanding a public apology from Inter.

Did you see that clip of Wanda crying on national television playing the victim card? This is such a weird situation.

Robocop can't be stopped. First time I've been genuinely excited for Milan's future in a long time

Serie C saw a 20-0 score line over the weekend. That’s one in the net every 4 1/2 minutes

Milan win again today. Sure as the sun comes up each morning, Piatek bags another goal. Serie A's butthole has got to be the size of a decimal point

Honestly think Inter are in more danger of being passed up for CL than Milan is. Milan have Inter (home allotment), Lazio, and a trip to Juve, otherwise it’s a very manageable schedule from here on out. Biglia’s returned, Zapata and Caldara should be back in a couple weeks, we’ll be at full strength sans Jack for the first time all year.

Meanwhile Inter have two tough matches against Frankfurt, Napoli, Milan, Lazio, Fiorentina, Juve, Roma, and Atalanta left on the schedule. Also have a trip to Genoa where they always struggle.

Also Samu needs to start for Suso for a while, was better today (and vs Napoli) than Suso’s been since like November

Milan play Lazio in Rome today at 2:00 for the 1st leg of the Coppa Italia semifinal. Milan have been red-hot and I've been waiting for that "come back to Earth" moment but I'm hoping it doesn't come today. Would be really nice to come away with at least a draw and finish them off in Milan.

Milan host Sassuolo on Saturday before a week long break.

Milan drew 0-0 with Lazio today. Not a particularly exciting match to watch and I think Milan were too content with hoofing the ball upfield to Piatek in the 1st half.

We need to look at finding a way to partner Cutrone and Piatek in attack, even if it's in expense of losing Cutrone as a super-sub. Piatek was surrounded by 2-3 Lazio defenders for what seemed like the entire game.
