As much as I've been ragging Japan this WC, they play very well as a team. This has been their thing the last few major tournaments. They always play better than the sum of their parts along with being very technically sound, which can win some matches they would normally lose. Currently Belgium isn't playing close to the sum of their parts.

I haven't felt like japan has been so good in this game. Belgium hasn't finished opportunities but they owned the middle 20 minutes of the first half. Need to put 2 away
