But the difference between Arsenal and Liverpool is that you have one of the best in the world.
Arsenal scores on their chances. Liverpool can't. Thats why Arsenal is in Champions League, and we aren't.

Not to discredit the day RvP had because I have no problem naming him the 3rd best player in the world right now, but there isn't a poster on this board that could have done a worse job marking him than Carragher did...probably the most embarrassing performance I've ever seen from him.
Sorry for bouncing like I did...I was physically angry about that result and needed to remove myself from the bar before all the Jameson evaporated.

No need to ever apologize to me. I am so bummed at my rookie picking up a chick mistake I made today I can't see straight.

Chick all over me with her Arsenal "friend" and it was his birthday. He got all hammered and they left to get something to eat. I should of had her call my phone. I wouldn't be posting right now if I would have made the right call.

A) Why would anyone leave that place to get something to eat? They have some of the best food in the city.
B) Good job maroon.

Arsenal were so lucky today. We were out-run, out-jumped, and outplayed, on and off the ball. Thank the gods for three things:
1. Szczesney. If he can learn to distribute the ball, he'll be a top 5 GK in the world. Amazing reflexes, strength, command in the box and presence. He's supremely shitty at kicking out of the back, but that can improve.
2. Alex Song. His passing ability and his eye for the final ball is unbelievable considering at when he came to Arsenal as a 17 year old, he was terrible. If Wenger gets credit for turning Fabregas and Van Persie into a great players, he should get much more credit for turning Song into a great player. I think Alex Song is the best African midfielder playing right now, better than Yaya Toure because he can see and deliver the final pass, as well as break up play extremely well. Last year, when he was asked to support the attack more, he scored key league goals. This season, when we needed more chance creation he's done the job. Very underrated player.
3. RVP-I don't know what else to say about him. His off the ball movement is so intelligent that he's hard for CB's to handle. His ability to dribble makes him a threat all the time, and his left foot is deadly. He's been an amazing leader. I'm absolutely sure that if he had stayed healthy from 2007 onwards, he would have gotten the recognition he deserves much sooner.
Arsenal looked distinctly fatigued, and it would be helpful if players like Diaby and Wilshere could get back to give our midfield some help.

Not to mention he is still capable of filling in at CB in a pinch.

I just wish this thread would disappear, i don't need to be reminded about this match

When wilshere back i almost wouldnt mind song playing cb. Hes sound defensively and would be one of the better distributers out the back.

No way this works. He's so slow, and with the high line Arsenal plays(which Im not a fan of) much faster players in Kos and Verm struggle to stay with their marks. Also consider whomever plays left back, most likely Gibbs, won't ever be in position to help out and the Center Back will get caught between defending two attackers.

Well i dont see our luck changing unless we spend money. Thinking of using song when we have injuries and we did.
