Now that I think about it, I sprained my knee more than I sprained my ankle playing soccer. All of my sprained ankles came from basketball.
I think I had more shoulder injuries than ankle injuries.

However, I've never been on the verge of playing in the World Cup in 4 months and wondering if I just fricked up my chances by spraining/tearing/etc. something in my ankle/knee.
I have. It didn't really impact me emotionally.

I should have clarified that I meant most likely word, objectively.
An ankle sprain is the most common injury in soccer. Stop being so obtuse.

The sprained MCL that I got playing soccer had me out for about a month and a half. Happened when I kicked the ball at the same time as another player.
Exact same way I sprained my MCL.

I sprained my ankle three times in a six month period when I moved to the Nike Hypervenoms from my Adidas cleats. This has nothing to do with the thread other than to say frick those Hypervenoms.

Tests on Neymar's injured ankle revealed a sprain as well a crack in a bone in his foot, Paris Saint-Germain confirmed on Monday night.
Neymar was injured in the final quarter-hour of PSG's win over Marseille on Sunday, putting in doubt his availability for next week's Champions League second leg against Real Madrid.
PSG did not announce a time frame for Neymar's recovery in confirming the extent of the injury following an ultrasound and CT scans.
So, a little more than an average sprain.

Neymar's a whiney little bitch?
Water is wet.
But he's a hell of a footballer. Love watching him play.

Say what you want but when I sprained my ankle playing basketball in high school, it hurt worse than when I tore my MCL. It hurt like a motherfricker

And now they have their excuse for the Wednesday beat down.

I kinda expect them to win, just not on aggregate.

So apparently he is gonna be out till May. Just saw a report on Twitter.

I expected PSG to win and move on, but was pleasantly surprised to see Madrid win.
Now I feel bad since he's out until May.

I don't, I hope he's out until July so he can't embarrass the sport on the world stage.
