Was wondering that as well. Maybe due to Champions League Juventus didn't release him?

But they’re out
And other teams here are still in it

Twitter says he’s “recovering from knocks”

I'm not sure I understand flying Long, Lletget, and Acosta over; but leaving off CCV and Holmes.

Holmes had a bad 1st half of the season and seems to be playing more as a winger since his winter transfer. Acosta doesn't really play the same position as him and most of the other DMs are with the Olympic qualifying team. Lletget has been playing really well for us and will be on one of the teams this summer. Long is still a decent CB and CCV missed the entire first half of the season to injury and seems to be up and down since returning.

Even without Weston, probably the strongest roster we've called in in a long time. And maybe without McKennie, we can see Reyna in an advanced midfield role. But what will probably happen is Lletget and Musah in front of Adams and then Reyna or Weah on the right wing.

The XI against Northern Ireland will be interesting with basically half the roster leaving after Jamaica.

vs Jamaica
Steffen
Cannon-Richards-Brooks-Dest
Adams
Aaronson-Musah
Reyna-Sargent-Pulisic

vs Northern Ireland
Steffen
Dest-Long-Ream-Robinson
Otasowie
Lletget-Musah
Aaronson-Dike-Pulisic

Where is Nipples? I'm interested in how he fits into this group, if at all.

He's dealing with a slight injury at Swansea.

Definitely would've fit in, especially for the second match because we lose all of our wingers except for Pulisic.

I think he has a slight injury that has kept him out of some Swansea games.

I imagine Aaronson might slide into one of those spots for that game

ETA: Gioacchini has also played wide for Caen

Weston has had a slight injury he has been playing through. Perhaps a mutual agreement happened to not call him so he could get some rest.

Nice. He’s one of those kids that I have a weird attachment to because I saw him in a tournament once for the youth team, and I was impressed.

Has otasowie done anything since he came on against Chelsea? I haven’t seen him mentioned here, or on Twitter since.

Not much. Hasn’t gotten many minutes, but he’s strong and athletic and has shown glimpses. Wish he could get more regular playing time.
