Why is the English Premier League superb?

Soccer fans, I'm somewhat of a novice. Why is the English Premier League, the superb and actual "premier" league of all? Obviously, I get why it's better than the MLS. Any dolt can tell you that.
But what makes it better than the German Bundesliga, Italian Serie A, Ligue 1, and so forth? These leagues have great teams and history - A.C. Milan, Inter Milan, Juventus, PSG, Dortmund, Bayern Munich, and so on.
I presume money?

You wouldn't say that's the superb League in terms of prestige, history, notiarity?

#1 money. They got lots and lots of it.
#2 parity (sorta). While the League is still top heavy, there are 6-7 teams that can contend any given year, where the others you mentioned are generally 1-3 team races. And a couple of them have really only been 1 team contending each year. France has become PSG basically playing in the AAA farm system as an MLB team.

Did a single EPL team beat a French side this year in Europe?
I think City’s draw against Lyon was the only result the EPL got.

ManU has one more game against PSG and Arsenal has 2 games against Rennes to go.

Surely you're not using that to argue that France is a better league

The game was invented in jolly old England, so English teams/competitions can claim seniority over those of any other countries in the world. Also, they speak the King’s, so it is light years easier for an American to follow. However, when it comes to which league is actually the best league in the world, that’s a much murkier question. Ligue Un, La Liga, the Bundesliga, and Serie A have all laid claim to that title at various points. I think consensus is that La Liga is currently the best from top to bottom, but of course this post will be followed by numerous others contesting that assertion, so who really knows. The Premier League does seem to have the most competition at the top, so that’s a plus.

Is head-to-head not the best way we can do it with what is given?
Theoretical arguments would not make much sense. Can only use what is given to you.

Because that would mean Wolves would be the best team in the Prem
Dont get me wrong, I think the Prem is one of, if not the strongest league top to bottom. But also, I think it seems way better than every other league solely because it's pretty much the only league Americans have 100% access to.

history, money, and talent

Because it has the most teams with the most money.

Most people would tell you it probably isn’t, though that’s all pretty subjective
It’s just the most accessible, easiest for Americans to watch, and one of the more entertaining to watch due to there being more than just a couple teams dominating the rest of the league and also the directness and physicality of the league as a whole

But what makes it better
It isn't. English teams were horrible this decade in Europe, with La Liga destroying the rest of the top 5 European leagues. English teams aren't on the forefront of tactical developments, as things generally are developed on the continent and then imported to England. The technical level of English born players is lacking with this last generation, although this new generation is looking to be superb.
English teams do have more money, but that money hasn't correlated with improvement against continental sides.
Honestly, it's only your perception since you are a novice. England is also the only league where there isn't a league-wide identity, like there is in Spain or Italy.

Yes. Yes, they are. Good to hear people recognize this
They should do a La Liga - EPL matchup like SEC Big 12 type thing.

The actual competition where those clubs compete has shown how bad English clubs are in comparison.

IMO the big five leagues from best to worst are: Spain, Germany, England, Italy, France. Granted the top team or handful of teams in each are all really good, but when looking st the mid-table and below teams that’s how I think they shake out.

Germany ahead of England?
No chance.
