It's the best option we have, it also would be the one of the worst collection of strikers we take to the World Cup in recent memory, including 2010.
Buddle, Findley, Gomez, and Altidore. I think any permutation this round is probably better than what we had then.

TBF, Deuce would move up top in the 2nd half of every match except, ironically, the one in which he scored (Rob Green TYFYS). I was including him in that 2010 group even though he started every match as a LM.

but this kid looks pretty special. I like watching young players eyes and intent, and he comes across like someone who knows exactly where every player on the field is at all times
That was my thought watching him. Always knows where he’s going, without hesitation. It’s because of what you mentioned, his awareness, constantly making a map of the players around him. He reminds me a little of Stu Holden, with how he plays.

He's going to Qatar.
Eredivisie>Bundesliga apparently.
Btw I'm glad he's scoring and getting confidence because he was getting on the plane regardless. What bothers me is Greggggggg basically said this was going to happen like it was more impressive than what Pefok is already doing in Germany (which is what Pepi couldn't. )

Auston Trusty scores his first goal for Birmingham

Another goal for Trusty. Don’t know much about him, could he be involved in the next World Cup cycle?

Pulisic scored and almost scored an all-timer if not for a world class save from the GK
Posted on 10/8/22 at 11:42 pm to Broski
well that does it. 5 at the back with Pulisic as a wing back. I kid, but it would be kinda funny to just blitz Wales with something completely off the wall. can’t be any worse than our “system”

Jedi started and played the full 90 for Fulham today.
He's back.
He's back.

Not sure how serious it was but Scally was subbed off due to injury for Gladbach.

I don’t think it’s necessarily apples to apples comparing Augsburg to Union Berlin, but I get what you’re saying about Greg just deciding without taking current form into account at all.
Glad to see Pepi get some much needed confidence back.

Trusty, Horvath, and Sargent all made the championship team of the week.
