I'm contemplating this as well. I really don't want that big of a phone though, so I may have to go check them out when they get into stores to see how big it actually is.

What difference does it make if the phone has 1 gb ram? Other than a dick measuring contest?

If it runs smoothly with no lag or jitters no one will care, but I have to admit I was a little concerned as well, specifically about the 6+ which has a lot more pixels.

Seriously though, the watch does some cool things. But it's not necessary to me like a phone or computer (tablet) is.

Like what? I am probably going to get one for fitness purposes alone depending on what it offers

a dick measuring contest? ram? it is necessary for everything at all times. I would have expected 2gb. less memory means the OS will have to kill off background apps more frequently, making subsequent accesses take longer. one of the main draws of the 64bit processor they harp on is that it can access more than 4gb of memory. it just seems like they shortchanged it with only 1gb for at least another whole year.

The iWatch is "particularly centered on health and fitness," but you can tell Steve Jobs didn't design it because it doesn't detect when you have inoperable cancer.

Heart rate monitor. Automatic replies based on questions. Daily activity recorder.

My problem with it is that it needs your phone for most of the activity stuff. Hence, won't work while I run.

Would it really need to at that point?

No. The 6 has 14 hours of talk time. 6 Plus has 24 hours.

I think I'm gonna go with the 6 plus. I like the price. I've always gone with 32g at $300 and getting the bigger screen and 64g for $400 sounds pretty good. I've never had any storage problems on a 32g so I'd have been happy with a 32g 6 plus but all things considered in fine with it.

I've never minded the screen sizes on my iPhones but I've been in since the 3Gs and I'm gonna take the opportunity to have something a little different.
