Stupid seeing as how 10% of the country already had it and the vaccine is being distributed.

Way beyond 10% have had it. We were at 15% per the CDC at Thanksgiving.

This is next level shite. Not only are they admitting this is for public perception,

The canned mandatory mask announcement on AA admits it’s all for show. They state “wearing a mask shows others that you care...” I don’t need to signal thank you.

We have a vaccine and cases are plummeting...

This is so unnecessary to do this at this point .

Nothing being done by the administration is about history, record, facts, statistics, trends, etc...

The current administration thinks the prior administration ran the ship into an iceberg, so their solution is to go full speed backwards through that same ice field.

90% of that full speed reverse is for show, too.

It's likely about 80 million.

Which means vaccination doesn't have to go much further if we'd prioritize people who hadn't had it and put infected at back of line but that may take too much effort.

The last two SW flights I was on were completely full. "Social distancing" was enforced in the terminal and while boarding the plane. All so we could sit 3" from someone else on a full plane for 2 hrs.

To be fair, the plane's air filtration system is working in your favor even though you are close.
